Due to the nature of courses or services based, and that they can not be physically returned, there are no refunds, no exchanges, and no cancellations.

Exceptions: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss potential solutions or refunds.

We only refund when you buy the same product in two quantities at the same time.

If any refund is approved it will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days
